I am a certified fitness coach with credentials from globally recognized organizations, and I bring a results-driven, professional approach to every client I work with. My background includes working in premium training environments where quality, personalization, and client experience are top priorities.
What sets me apart is not just my certifications, but the discipline and structure I bring from my previous career as a Merchant Navy officer. Working in high-responsibility, high-pressure environments has shaped my approach to coaching, focused, consistent, and committed to delivering measurable results.
Over the years, I have successfully worked with different types of clients, from complete beginners to individuals dealing with fat loss challenges, mobility limitations, and lifestyle-related health concerns.
