About Ben
Due to my many years of interest in the sport, I completed my trainer license as a Crossfit Trainer L-1 at the age of seventeen. Because I enjoyed coaching, I added the Level 2 trainer license a few years later. In addition to fitness training, I played handball for a long time and I like to go kitesurfing and surfing.

Ich hatte mittlerweile mehrere Einheiten bei Ben und bin begeistert. Ich kenne mich selber zwar sehr gut aus, aber nach einem langwierigen Problem an Knie und Sprunggelenk konnte er mir gezielt weiterhelfen.
