About Anshu
Girls,ladies who wants to learn cooking especially Indian cooking living in India or abroad.
I was a normal pampered youngest girl of my family who never wanted to cook or event go into kitchen in unmarried time. My mother was a working woman, she was never inclined much towards cooking and so we had no pressure from parents for kitchen work at all..But after marriage my mother in law had great expectations fom me in sense of cooking different delicious items as she herself was a good house wife who loved cooking. Hence, I was constantly under pressure and fear ..But the strong desire of winning the hearts of new family members I kept on learning and seeking and because of which now I am a proficient cook and a successful Event planner.
My desire is to help and support many other girls in cooking and knowing their kitchen who are just married or are planning for marriage.

This Program is mainly for those who wants to learn to cook & feel the joy of cooking.Anyone from India or outside India can join the classes .This 2 weeks program includes exposure to
1. Theoritical learning about types of Indian food and regional diversities.
2. Live Teaching sessions on 10 Indian Dishes like Sarso ka Saag -makki ki roti, Aloo bhaji-dal kachori,Chhole Bature, Rajma Chawal..
Etc.
3. Live Teaching sessions on 2 Famous puddings-Kheer & Halwa
4. Notes on recipes of the taught dishes will be provided .
