As an Early Childhood Education student and Special Education minor, I am committed to providing high-quality, engaging, and supportive instruction. I create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, build confidence, and develop strong literacy skills. Students in grades K–4 should take ELA lessons with me because I am an Early Childhood Education student who has completed college coursework focused on phonics, reading, writing, and literacy instruction. I understand that every child learns differently, so I use a variety of teaching strategies to meet students at their individual learning levels. As a Special Education minor, I am also prepared to support students with IEPs by providing accommodations and differentiated instruction to help every learner build confidence and succeed in English Language Arts.
