About Grishmaa
As a dedicated STEM and pre-med student, I am passionate about helping students build confidence and success in biology. I believe the best learning happens when students feel comfortable asking questions and are encouraged to think critically rather than memorize information. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging environment where students can strengthen their understanding and develop genuine curiosity for science. I have experience teaching students through STEM outreach programs and mentoring younger learners in a variety of science subjects. In addition to my academic background in biology and biotechnology, I have gained real-world exposure to healthcare and medical environments through hospital internship experiences. These opportunities have strengthened both my scientific knowledge and my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and patiently.

I am a passionate STEM and pre-med student who loves helping students truly understand biology instead of simply memorizing facts. My lessons are personalized to each student’s learning style and academic goals. A typical session usually includes reviewing difficult concepts, breaking down diagrams and processes step-by-step, practicing application questions, and reinforcing understanding through discussions and active recall techniques. I also help students prepare for quizzes, exams, homework, and long-term coursework while building strong study habits. What sets me apart is my combination of academic experience and real-world exposure to science and medicine. Through biotechnology courses, STEM education leadership, and hospital internship experiences, I have learned how biology applies beyond the classroom. I bring that perspective into lessons to make learning more engaging and meaningful. My lessons are ideal for middle school and high school students taking general biology, honors biology, or AP Biology.
