I have run Communications Teams, Media team, appeared in English and Welsh courts, presented to international conferences in the UK and abroad, been a panellist at major corporate conferences, provided training to people attending parliamentary inquiries, written speeches for delivery at major occasions and symposia.
*Lessons will be very interactive. You can only excel at presentation and communication though experience - by practice.

When did you start your personal development? What motivated this choice?
At school. An interest in debating, the back and forth of parliamentary debates, public interest stories. This evolved so that I decided to become a barrister and, later, a communications and policy specialist.
Describe your own understanding of "personal development" and what can it bring in the short and long-term?
This can begin at any age and can relate to personal and professional life. It might relate to just one of them.
I consider it important to recognise that personal development could/should occur within the context of a job or role. In other words, it's not only professional development that's important in the world-of-work.
What are some practical tips to help improve self-confidence?
Preparation, preparation, and preparation. Slow down speech rate and give your brain time to catch up - and give your audience time to think about what you're saying.
Who are your classes for, specifically? Is this domain open to all?
Open to all, any age, background, for professional reasons or personal ones. Public speaking, presentation skills, communication skills will help with personal confidence and professional appearance.
Being a Superprof requires some adaptability. Tell us about your methods in adapting to different individuals.
Each person is different, each message is different, each of my classes is bespoke to the individual client. I do not try to fit a client into my lesson, my lesson is shaped by the client.
