About Prashant
I'm a certified health coach,I spent the more than 7 years of my life studying as much as I could about health, wellness, nutrition and exercise, the science of what to do with all these different variables to create a healthy body, ultimately what I have come to realise the more you walk down this path, you can create a very healthy strong body by doing the right things, so I'm encouraging people around me to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle with very scientific approach.
I believe in concept of not one size fits all, that is why I make practical and durable action plan accordingly to the lifestyle and habits of individuals.
