About Sajan

Hello everyone! I am Mr. Sajan, and I will be your English teacher. I am currently pursuing my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, but I have a strong passion for the English language and teaching. I believe that learning English should be engaging, practical, and enjoyable. My goal is to help you develop confidence in speaking, writing, reading, and listening through interactive lessons and real-world examples. I focus on making learning simple and effective, ensuring that you understand and apply what you learn. In my class, I encourage active participation, discussions, and creative thinking. Whether you’re improving your grammar, expanding your vocabulary, or practicing communication skills, I am here to guide and support you. About the lesson

My goal as an English teacher is to help students develop strong communication skills, confidence, and a deep understanding of the language through interactive and practical learning. 1. Teaching Techniques and Methods • Communicative Approach: I focus on real-life communication skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing. • Context-Based Learning: I teach grammar and vocabulary in the context of real conversations or texts. • Engaging Activities: Role-plays, storytelling, debates, and discussions to make learning fun and practical. • Step-by-Step Grammar Instruction: Breaking down complex rules with clear explanations and exercises. • Pronunciation and Accent Training: Helping students improve clarity and fluency. • Reading and Writing Strategies: Developing comprehension, essay writing, and creative writing skills. 2. Usual Structure of an English Class 1. Warm-up (5–10 mins) – A quick conversation, word game, or discussion on a relevant topic. 2. Main Lesson (20–30 mins) – Introduction of grammar, vocabulary, or a reading passage with explanations. 3. Interactive Practice (15–20 mins) – Speaking, writing, or listening exercises related to the lesson. 4. Q&A and Feedback (10 mins) – Addressing doubts and reinforcing key points. 5. Assignment or Homework (if applicable) – Practical exercises like writing a short essay, practicing pronunciation, or reading an article. 3.
