About Emma
I have taught students of all ages and English levels from numerous countries.
I had several students who had a very high level of English, but they didn't know it! This often happens, because as long as we don't start practicing, to let ourselves be carried away by the language we won't see our real level. Likewise, when we don't know how to manage the stress of exams, we don't show our true abilities, and because of that, our results don't reflect our level. I really find it incredible how these same students manage to let go when they start talking, listening and applying the right methodologies, and thanks to that, their results and fluency improve enormously.

I try to understand what patterns the student follows, as in which mistakes and good things he/she frequently does, and how to improve their speaking and writing from there onwards.
My lessons are all based on one simple premise: you become good at what you practice.
If you only practice doing grammar exercises, then you’ll become good at doing grammar exercises! And if you practice speaking English a lot, then you’ll become great at speaking English.
