About Shukurah

My name is Shukurah Muhammad Bashir, a native of Oyo State and reside in Kano State. I have significant experience as a graduate of B.Ed Adult Education and Community Development and would like to contribute the best in me in promoting the education of children and adults in our society. I have Nigerian Certificate in Education (N.C.E.) in (Primary Education Studies) double major at Federal College of Education (Technical) Bichi. As a teacher, my main goal is to motivate students to do their best in order for them to reach their full potential. I believe that my greatest teaching strength is my ability to understand and relate to students’ unique needs and interests and facilitating them to learn and to be persons with values and character. I am presently pursuing my M.Ed (Academic Master) in Community Development, Bayero University, Kano. For the past several years, I volunteered in helping some of the adults around my community both female and male which through me they have been able to improve in their literacy ability and also rendered assistance to dropped out children through evening classes which I organized for them and which I believe has really been a great help to them.

About the lesson

With the high level of method of teaching I have, I believe I can bring out the best in every pupil, as a professional teacher/facilitator with B.Ed in Adult Education and Community Development and NCE in Primary Education Studies.
