I am passionate about helping individuals improve their fitness, strength, and overall health through structured and sustainable training. My approach to personal training is focused on discipline, proper technique, and long-term progress rather than quick, short-lived results.

My Approach to Coaching
I believe fitness should be simple, sustainable, and tailored to each individual's goals. My coaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, proper exercise technique, and creating healthy habits that can be maintained long-term. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, or increased confidence in the gym, I will design a program that suits your fitness level and lifestyle.
Teaching Methodology
My sessions typically include:
Warm-up and mobility exercises
Strength training and conditioning
Guidance on proper form and injury prevention
Progress tracking and performance monitoring
Basic nutrition and lifestyle advice to support fitness goals
I emphasize consistency, progressive improvement, and motivation while ensuring workouts remain safe and enjoyable.
Lesson Duration
Lessons are usually 60 minutes long, although shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student's needs and schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Universiti Kuala Lumpur MIMET and have a strong personal background in weight training and fitness. Through my own fitness journey, I have gained practical knowledge in strength training, exercise programming, weight management, and gym techniques. I continuously study fitness principles and training methods to help clients achieve their goals effectively.
