I believe it's not about counting the number of hours, but making the hours count.
So in my class I hope to divide the session into smaller pockets of high intensity. Similar to checkpoints in a game. Eg: 1hr of class = 4*15min sessions of concepts. Last 15 min is for recall and deliberate practice
