About Gourav
Hi, I am Gourav, and I am an IISER graduate. It is one of the top research institutes in India and is highly regarded worldwide.
I have done my major in chemistry and a minor in physics. I have myself appeared for some of the toughest entrance examinations in India, like NEET (med school entrance examination), and IAT (IISER aptitude test).
I scored 93% in my 10th grade and 97% in 12th.
I have some research experience in computational chemistry and chemical physics.
I find teaching students fun and engaging in conversations with them. I go by the motto that there are no stupid questions.
I also like philosophy and football, if you are interested :)

Each individual starts at a different level. I make sure to encourage students to ask questions and be curious. Remember, there are no stupid questions.
I am quite comfortable with teaching high school chemistry and physics, and can also teach first-year college-level topics.
I'll start by teaching the basics first for a difficult concept, as a strong foundation makes things easier in the long run.
Then we'll do at least 10 questions related to the topics taught during the lecture and weekly assignment, which would just be for learning, so that you do better in your exams.
Weekly revisions, and we'll have fun while learning something new.
