About Raghav
I am Raghav Thakur, a professional athlete, a district-level boxer, and a personal fitness coach for teenagers and athletes who are interested in combat sports. I have played up to 15 matches of boxing and also participated in a bodybuilding show.
I am sharing my knowledge with teenagers who are not able to go to the gym because their parents are not giving them permission. For those students, I have a perfect routine and also a good home diet for building their physique by doing home workouts in their home itself.
