About Max
Hi, I’m Max! I’m currently studying Human Movement and Secondary Teaching at university and have a strong passion for sport, exercise and fitness. I enjoy helping beginners become more confident with exercise and develop positive fitness habits. I’m supportive, encouraging and focused on making exercise enjoyable and approachable for everyone.

My sessions are designed for beginners who want to become more confident with exercise and fitness. I focus on basic strength exercises, movement, fitness and developing good exercise habits in a supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to individual goals and abilities, with an emphasis on making exercise enjoyable and approachable.
