About Shelly
I’m a NASM certified personal trainer with a Human Movement Specialist certification from the Brookbush Institute. I’ve served over 200 clients and maintain relationships with clients for over a year on average. I’m also certified by Girls Gone Strong as a Women’s Coaching Specialist, and Precision Nutrition as a Master Health Coach. I’m passionate about making sure my clients feel seen and understood as a whole person with a life outside the gym so I can provide the most relevant coaching and care.
