About Jason

I am a current postgraduate student, studying towards obtaining a BSc Honours in Medical Sciences (majoring in Applied Anatomy) at UCT. I completed my BSc Human Life Sciences (majoring in physiology and anatomy) undergrad at Stellenbosch university.

About the lesson

I am a patient and passionate person who believes that teaching is not a ‘one size fits all’ process. Each person has their own preferred style of learning. I believe that you need to communicate with your learner and come up with the best way to effectively relay the work.
I would use a variety of methods, such as pictures, videos, and notes to relay the content. My approach would depend on how the student responds to the styles of teaching.
If I had an hour session: roughly 20-25 minute mins would consist of me explaining concepts to the learner.
The remaining 35-40 min would consist of engaging with learner. Asking him questions and seeing if he understood the work.
