About Mary
I am a young, energetic tutor and enjoy sharing my passion for maths and science. I possess BSc and BSc Honors degrees in forensic science and own a private forensic practice. I have experience tutoring high school life science, physical science, maths and Afrikaans, biology at first-year level and have experience as a life science educator (IEB) for grades 8-12.

I tutor maths, life science, and physical science in English or Afrikaans. Lessons are one-on-one; however, arrangements can be made to accommodate more than one learner at a time. Lesson structure depends on the needs of the learner and the curriculum. I use practical examples and applications to explain concepts to make them easier to understand, as opposed to rote learning.
