I’m passionate about photography and helping others see the world more creatively and intentionally. My background combines formal training with real-world experience, so I don’t just teach camera settings — I teach how to observe, and create with purpose.
I believe photography should feel empowering, not overwhelming. When technical concepts are explained clearly and broken down step-by-step, anyone can improve. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable asking questions, experimenting, and developing your own style.

Perfect! Paul has been an excellent photography tutor. As a beginner in photography, I needed help understanding the fundamentals of film photography. I have an Olympus OM-10, and Paul was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the basics, film speed, aperture, lighting, and understanding which film to use and why.
Our online session was clear, supportive, and very informative. Paul explained everything in a way that made the technical aspects easy to understand. After the lesson, I felt much more comfortable using my camera and much more confident in my knowledge of film photography.
I’m looking forward to continuing lessons with Paul to learn more about medium format and to deepen my understanding of photography.- Emma is a thoughtful and motivated photography student with a strong interest in film photography. She has developed a great understanding of her camera and shows confidence when working with exposure and composition.
