About Momo
My name is Momo and I am entering my 3rd year of Honours Biology at York University. I have been in the leadership/teaching field since high school, and I am passionate about helping others reach their true potential. I strongly believe that everyone has the ability to do well when they work hard and find what is best for them. I am an Academic for Biology Society, an anatomy outreach coordinator, and a part-time research assistant.
Outside of academics, I enjoy hiking or biking with my best friends, exploring different cafes in Toronto, and embroidering.

- As a proactive leader in academics at York University, I have had many experiences helping peers learn Biology. ( Anatomy out reach leader, York Biology Society academic, Biology class representative)
- I enjoy teaching based on the individual's learning style (what type of learning works best for them) whether that is visual, verbal, or active learning (such as mock tests). I usually teach based on a combination of learning styles based on my students.
-As a student, I know the troubles that students may face when studying alone. I will also teach students studying methods and help them build a schedule to use when they are independently studying.
-My lessons are catered towards middle school- high school students.
