She tailored the lessons to his level and was always well prepared with materials, explanation and practice. She also required him to do regular homework, gave him feedback and kept me informed about his progress. My son felt motivated and had a sense of accomplishment after each lesson.

On a number of occasions we had to reschedule the lessons and Sandra was always been very accommodating.
