About Sachin
I am a Sports and Exercise Scientist who trains professional and youth footballers, as well as other athletes.
Through my years of training athletes with a completely structured plan encompassing fitness, nutrition, and psychology, I wondered why the approach we take to train athletes cannot be applied to everyday people.
My goal is to provide quality, holistic lifestyle and fitness coaching to everyone, and to transform everyone both mentally and physically.
