About Kalefa

I have been in this profession four decades and have helped hundreds of students to transform their lives physically and psychologically. My results are 100% for those who follow through and apply the work through to the end. I grew up in the UK, gained my degrees in the UK and US.

I hold a Doctorate in Holistic Natural Health and Nutrition. My teaching method is based on a combination of work on the physical condition complimented by change work psychologically. Students link with me on a weekly basis online, learning through feedback, lectures, tasks, progress evaluation and homework.
