About Romy
Hi!
I’m Romy, from Switzerland, fluent in French and English.
I have had the opportunity to travel extensively and live abroad, which has been a deeply enriching and inspiring experience. I have gained international coaching experience working with women in New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, and Switzerland, supporting clients of all ages and fitness levels, including different health backgrounds, to achieve their fitness and wellness goals in a personalised and supportive way.
With over 10 years of personal experience in fitness and strength training, I am also Kinesiology-trained, with a focus on weight loss, muscle building, and overall health and fitness. I am passionate about helping women improve their well-being, build a strong and healthy relationship with their bodies, and achieve their goals in a safe, sustainable, and effective way.
My approach is always personalised, supportive, and holistic, combining fitness, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle habits to create lasting results.

I’m a Kinesiology-trained personal trainer specialising in women’s fitness, holistic health, and overall wellness.
I have personally experienced challenges with weight struggles and compulsive eating habits, which I have overcome through fitness, strength training, and a holistic approach to health and well-being.
This journey has deeply shaped my coaching philosophy. My approach focuses on respecting the female body, hormones, and overall physiology, while considering all aspects of health, energy, and lifestyle. I offer fully personalised sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals.
My coaching combines strength training, muscle building, weight loss strategies, and holistic wellness practices to support sustainable and lasting results. I work with women of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels, helping them rebuild confidence, improve their health, and develop balanced, sustainable fitness habits.
My sessions are empowering, safe, and designed to help you thrive both physically and mentally.
