About Disha
Hello, I am a communicator, a fitness enthusiast, a fashion consultant, and a wellness advocate. Over the years, I’ve embraced the mission of helping my friends and family live happier, healthier lives. With seven years of fitness practice, I’ve come to understand that every body is unique, and everyone deserves to feel strong and confident in their own skin.
Balancing multiple aspects of life has not always been easy for me. However, yoga has played a transformative role, becoming my anchor during challenging times. Through stretching and mindfulness, I have not only enhanced my physical strength but also discovered a sense of inner beauty and self-assurance. What once seemed daunting has brought a glow to my face, lifted my mood, and significantly shaped my personality.
I now extend an open invitation to anyone feeling stuck or at their lowest point, searching for guidance and acceptance. My approach is free of judgment, rooted in empathy, and designed to empower.
