About Thomas
Hello, my name is Thomas Felipe Decker. I am a graduate of MSU Denver's Creative Writing program and am currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing at the University of St. Thomas-Houston. I have gotten my poetry both published and self-published. I am passionate about Creative Writing and hope to make it a lifelong part of my career!

My teaching method: I will read ahead of time the writing my student has worked on. I will then meet with the student and critique their piece. My method with teaching Creative Writing is rooted in my experiences with college level workshops and criticism. I understand what sets a good story, poem, screenplay, stage play , and many other kinds of literary mediums apart from the rest.
Besides the story itself, I can also critique:
-Formatting
-Grammar
-Voice
-Composition
...and much more!
