About Stefan
Working as a communications consultant and trainer in conflict management, I have more than 300 hours of experience working with individuals and groups in the social sector and the educational sector. I worked with individuals from different backgrounds and ages (6-65), which is why I know how to put myself in my students' shoes in order to adapt my classes according to their needs.

Holding a Bachelor in Psychology (graduated with distinction from Potsdam University, Germany), I adapt my teaching methods according to the research in educational psychology. As as result, I create a learning environment where mistakes are welcome - because it is by making mistakes that learning happens. In addition, one learns best if the material at hand is of personal relevance. That's why I support my students in connecting their school subject to their personal experiences.
