About Sreenandh
Hello! I'm a graduate in B.Sc. (Hons.) Life Sciences with Research, majoring in Zoology from the University of Delhi. I am passionate about biology and enjoy helping students understand concepts in a simple, logical, and engaging way.
I teach Biology, Zoology, Evolutionary Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Genetics to school and college students. My goal is to build a strong conceptual foundation rather than encourage rote memorization. I adapt my teaching style to each student's pace, use real-life examples and diagrams, and create a friendly environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
Along with teaching, I have undergraduate research experience, which has strengthened my analytical thinking and scientific approach. My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and concept-oriented. I focus on helping students understand the fundamental concepts rather than relying on rote memorization. I explain topics using simple language, real-life examples, diagrams, and visual aids to make learning engaging and easy to grasp. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and actively participate throughout the class.
A typical class begins with a brief review of previous concepts, followed by a structured explanation of the new topic. I use illustrations, examples, and discussions to reinforce understanding, and conclude with practice questions, doubt-clearing, and a short recap to assess learning.
My strengths as a teacher include patience, clear communication, adaptability to different learning styles, and the ability to simplify complex biological concepts. My classes are intended for school students (middle and higher secondary) as well as college-level students, particularly in Biology, Zoology, Evolutionary Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Genetics.
