About May

First of all, about my education: I hold a bachelor degree in French literature and culture from Shanghai International Studies University and a Master degree in management from EMlyon Business school, during which I have spent more than 3 years in France and traveled more than 15 countries. During my school time, I have taught both Chinese and French as I love communicate with people and share interesting stuff.

After graduation, I have worked in several multinational companies like L'Oreal China, Unilever China in Shanghai and always used English as my working language.

Now, I'm back to my hometown Chengdu, a Southwest City in China and the home to Panda and hotpot because I'd like to enjoy life more and spend more time with my family.

About the lesson

1. My teaching method will be focused on conversation practice for you to truly applicate in your daily lives.

2. A typical class of mine will be :
a. Preparation before the class;
b. Situational dialogue using the language points;
c. Vocabulary explanation (how to use in daily lives);
d. Learning activity or discussion based on culture and my experience sharing to deepen the understanding

3. Since I have been working in multinational company for several years and also have teaching experience for young kids, my lessons are both suitable for people who want to have business in China or with Chinese people, or people who are interested in Chinese and also children aged 6-12 years old.

4. Since I can speak both English and French besides my native Chinese language, my class will be interesting and full of my language learning tips and my life experiences.
