About Bernard
I am a First Class graduate in Geography Education with Economics and an experienced teacher and Teaching Assistant with several years of experience supporting students academically. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree at York University.
I am passionate about helping students understand difficult topics, improve their academic performance, and develop confidence in their abilities. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and adaptable, allowing me to meet students at their level and adjust lessons to their individual needs.

My tutoring approach is student-centred, supportive, and practical. I focus on helping students understand concepts rather than simply memorizing information. I adapt my teaching to each student's learning style using clear explanations, real-life examples, visual aids, guided practice, and step-by-step problem solving.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, followed by an explanation of the new topic, guided practice, and independent exercises. I end each lesson by reviewing key points and identifying areas for further practice.
