About Elton
I have studied Spanish from a young age, and in 2019 I was an exchange student at the University of Havana. I spent the last few years learning Portuguese and recently returned to the States from Brazil. I currently work on projects based in Latin America at an international non-profit organization, where I use my Spanish and Portuguese everyday. Language learning is my passion and I hope to share it with you.

I learned 5 languages by forgetting about boring drills and stressful exams, and making the experience fun and rewarding. I lived in Cuba for 6 months where I greatly improved my Spanish, but I also believe that you can immerse yourself in any language, wherever you are, with the help of the internet. With me, you will improve your Spanish or Portuguese through casual conversations about shows, song lyrics, memes, the news, and other everyday topics. I will also introduce you to useful online tools for language immersion, and share my philosophy of input-focused learning. I will make you love learning Spanish or Portuguese!
