About Amelia
I am university student studying History at a great local university, and I have been helping to tutor primary school-age students on and off for many years. I have been tutoring my ten-year-old niece and seven-year-old nephew during the lockdown period in subjects such as English (including grammar and reading), RE and maths, and I am also working towards becoming a primary school teacher once I have achieved my degree.

My teaching method is simple; I assess each child's needs by taking their previous schoolwork and basic English capabilities into account, and try my absolute best to adapt my knowledge to age-appropriate information. I tutor between the ages of six and eleven years old, which is my ideal age range for my future primary teaching aspirations, and I pride myself on my characteristics of kindness, patience, determination, resilience and organisation while teaching.
