About Daniel
With over 5 years of experience as a graduate teaching assistant, I have extensive exposure to student writing across various disciplines. During my time in graduate school, I have read and provided feedback on hundreds of student papers, labs reports, essay exams, and other assignments. In addition to grading written work, I also have experience leading small group discussions and providing one-on-one guidance to students during office hours.

My approach is to actively engage students in the learning process. I avoid lectures and instead facilitate interactive discussions using the Socratic method of asking guiding questions. This encourages critical thinking and helps students arrive at conclusions through their own logical reasoning.
I also emphasize hands-on learning through activities, experiments, demonstrations, and other tangible exercises whenever possible. This engages multiple learning styles and improves retention.
