About Felipe
I believe that education comes from dialogue, from sharing of ideas, and not from monotonous and cacophonous monologues. More than that, education is a political act, although many out there insist on convincing others otherwise. I offer classes in groups on various topics, classes that I will not charge a penny, discussing history, philosophy, anthropology and even risk a little psychology and mythology. I intend to create a series of classes addressing "media education": it is the duty of the educator to promote the critical debate of reality, and if our reality, while I as educator and you, as student, is mediated through our screens, nothing more fair that we take time to discuss this issue. But that, of course, only if you want!

I've been a history student since I understood myself, but only in 2019 did I graduate. Although I had in mind to study history (at the time, I was studying the area of research, not teaching) at the end of high school, I chose to study Cinema and Audiovisual. However, I closed the course in the sixth semester of graduation. The experience was not in any way a waste of time, for I could see that the lessons I was most involved with were the ones I could actively participate in the debate of ideas and solve the doubts of my classmates. Because it is an audiovisual course, I was able to study philosophical and psychosocial issues that are a key part of the study of these audiovisual works. Getting in touch with the theories and tools, and understanding that these tools are rooted in society, was instrumental in making me realize the responsibility I had to the community to teach critical thinking about media content (TV, radio , internet) and the social historical condition that makes us live so divided. I intend to make this site the first step of my career as a teacher and I hope to one day teach at universities in Brazil, perhaps in the outside world.
