About Julian

I am engaging and supportive. I am flexible to your learning style and will support you any way that I can. I will always create lessons that are suited to the student and topic. I would love to get to know you and will promise to help. I will always remain professional and ensure that everyone is comfortable. After one year already of tutoring, I have already seen the benefits of more attention that tutoring can provide for pupils and I would love to be able to provide that service to you.

About the lesson

In classes, we would begin by discussing the topic and areas which you would like to focus on. I will prepare material both for discussion and practice (in the form of typical exam questions). I will support and aid in strategic thinking, critical analysis and exam technique. I can also be an aid for writing technique. The typical length of a lesson would be an hour. This may be extended to suit you. I have had over a year of experience as a tutor, tutoring for MyTutor alongside my undergraduate degree. On this programme I taught ten students of varying age (from eleven to eighteen). I would love to teach the same sorts of ages on this programme.
