About Vanessa
I'm a confident postgraduate student who is passionate about providing you with a positive learning experience.
I carefully organise and prepare the most efficient teaching materials in order to make the most of our time together.
If you find something especially challenging, I'm more than happy to go over it again. I'm very patient and understand comprehending material and practically applying it to your work can sometimes take a bit more time.
I can also (if requested - not homework, don't worry!) provide revision/ practice suggestions for after the sessions if you want some extra resources on a specific topic.

I tailor my approach to your personal learning style, with pre-prepared lesson plans and exercises suited to you and to your specific exam board.
Lessons in History and English are for GCSE level students, and GCSE Foundation Mathematics.
My educational qualifications:
- Degree in History (Hons) - Upper Second
- Mathematics A Level (B) and GCSE (Grade 9), Further Maths GCSE (A)
- English GCSE (Literature and Language Grade 8)
My experience:
- Personal Tutor in Mathematics for two students
- Student Leader whereby I taught on theology, led small groups, and supported university students.
- Voluntary Work in Zambia, working with school children and organised a 3-day youth club.
