About Maisie
I am a current Foundation Scholar at Trinity College, Dublin, studying a Joint Honours undergraduate degree in English Literature and History.
I gained A* and A grades in all GCSE/IGCSE/AS & A-Level examinations. I can offer advice in multiple areas including essay writing, critical thinking, and revision technique.
At A-Level I studied History, English Literature, and Fashion Design.
At GCSE I studied History, English Literature, English Language, Maths, Double Science, Spanish, Art, PRE [Philosophy, Religion, Ethics], and Fashion Design.

I will start by running through what the student is looking for help with, identifying problem areas as well as personal strengths. From then I will help organize work/revision schedules and run through various techniques, aiming to identify the most effective teaching approach.
I act as a sort of "study buddy", working through tasks alongside the student in an open, non-judgmental, and collaborative manner. As a current university student and recent school-leaver, I can empathize with the struggle of school work and the need for a personalized method.
I am open to all forms of learning, whether that be simply exploring and mitigating a student's specific difficulties, or outlining detailed and fixed plans of action.
