About Mollie
I am currently a history student in Canterbury and have a GCSE, AS and A-Level in History. I have previously taught drama in secondary schools and have working in a primary school tutoring core subjects. My passion is historical drama, I have worked with the National Trust in partnership with the National Archives to celebrate the centenary of Female Suffrage in Britain. This extended to working alongside local primary schools, teaching children of all ages female British history.

My approach to teaching is to outline key facts and important moments and enhanced this with different primary resources. For instance, a typical lesson would go as follows: begin with a timeline of events and a learning outcome, then study and discuss these events, finally learning from resources such as Pathé News, pieces of artwork and books or plays. I would usually finish the session with a piece of writing summarising the learning. For example if I was with a GCSE student we would end the session completing a 6 mark question.
