About Gavin
With 10 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in helping high school and college students improve their English proficiency through personalised, engaging, and interactive lessons. My approach focuses on understanding each student’s strengths, challenges, and learning goals to create a tailored roadmap for success.

I teach ESL with a focus on C³P—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is encouraged through storytelling, role-plays, and interactive projects, inspiring students to explore language confidently and think independently.
Communication is central to my lessons, incorporating discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises that improve fluency, comprehension, and practical communication skills. Compassion ensures lessons are tailored to individual needs, offering guidance, motivation, and support to build confidence and engagement.
Problem-solving is integrated through scenario-based exercises, real-life applications, and analytical tasks that allow students to use English effectively while developing critical thinking. I also teach complementary subjects such as reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary building to enhance overall learning.
