We've known Qasid as a tutor and a friend for a few years, and we're extremely pleased with the academic mentorship he's provided to our children over this period. Both of our sons received offers to sought-after secondary schools through 13+ and 11+ exams, respectively.

Every case is individual, and even within the same family children develop academically at a different pace. Qasid is a natural born teacher and very attentive to detail - he's therefore capable to adjust his teaching style to a child's particular needs. Moreover, Qasid managed to build rapport with our children from the very beginning. Striking the right balance between encouraging children to focus and using his sense of humour and playful puns, he turned lessons into challenging yet entertaining intellectual exercises.

Qasid is diligent, always on time and ready to offer genuine advice to parents about children's academic progress. Qasid is a trained engineer and an accomplished scientist, so he often helped our children with science-related disciplines, such as physics and chemistry.

Qasid is an excellent maths tutor. My daughter had learning blocks and lacked confidence in her maths skills. With his positive attitude and “fun” approach (lots of number games and challenges) to mathematics, my daughter has gained confidence and a true enjoyment of the subject. He is able to hold her attention for the entire duration and she has improved in mental maths, problem solving and all the other areas required for the 11+ and beyond.
