Privately, I have more than 500 hours helping undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD and DClinPsy students gain confidence and ace their assignments in: 1. Dissertation and Essay writing (+ detailed comments and feedback) 2. Statistics (R, SPSS, JASP, Jamovi) 3. Qualitative Research Methods (IPA, Thematic Analysis, Grounded Theory) If you want to work with me simply send me a quick message and you will be on your way to more confidence and the highest grades you can get.

About the lesson

Hi there, welcome to my profile. My name is Alexandros, I am from Cyprus, and I am currently a PhD Student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Edinburgh, and I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from University College London. I am keen to help share all the knowledge I have gained during my education with other students who may need support. Teaching for me means to facilitate the student's learning. I first ask questions to understand the knowledge of the student, and then help the student expand that knowledge by asking the right questions and sharing my knowledge. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact me to arrange a class! Alexandros

Alexandros has served as a tutor on my course, Psychological Research Methods, since September 2024. On this course, students learn the theory behind a range of statistical tests, as well as how to use them in practice. Students find the content relatively challenging, but Alexandros is an excellent tutor who does well to make things clear and accessible to students across a wide range of educational backgrounds. He is engaging, patient, and supportive, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Alexandros is such a thoughtful, considered and knowledgeable tutor. Worked with Alexandros as part of his PhD studies at the University of Edinburgh where he led workshops, produced reports and was always delivering what he said he would. I managed Alexandros for over two years in my role as Senior Academic Specialist.

He knows his areas of expertise so well. You also get such humanity and kindness with every interaction. Highly recommend.
