About Smita

I am a passionate educator with over 7 years of teaching experience in both government and private institutions. I teach English and Social Sciences, including History, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology. Teaching, for me, is not just a profession but a way to empower students with knowledge, clarity, and confidence. I enjoy simplifying complex concepts and helping learners develop critical thinking and strong expression skills. I share my knowledge to inspire curiosity, support academic growth, and guide students toward success with patience, professionalism, and genuine dedication to learning.

About the lesson

I believe learning is most effective when concepts are connected to real life and presented clearly! My teaching approach is student‑centred, concept‑based, and discussion‑oriented, helping learners not only understand the subject but also develop critical thinking and confidence.

I explain topics from the basics and gradually move to advanced levels. I encourage questions, discussions, and opinion‑based answers, especially in social sciences.
Use of real‑world examples: Current affairs, historical events, case studies, and everyday situations make learning meaningful.
Short recap sessions and practice questions ensure long‑term retention.
Focus on answer writing, key terms, and structured responses aligned with board and university requirements.

Structure of a Typical Class:
Brief revision of the previous topic
Introduction of the new concept with simple explanations
Detailed discussion using examples and comparisons
Doubt‑clearing and interactive questioning
Summary and practice questions or assignments

My Special Features as a Teacher:

Over 7 years of teaching experience in both government and private institutions
Ability to simplify complex theories in psychology, political science, sociology, and history
Strong focus on English language clarity, helping students improve reading, writing, and expression
Patient, supportive, and adaptable teaching style based on each learner’s pace and needs

For Whom the Classes Are Intended?

School students (middle and senior secondary levels)
College‑level students studying social sciences
Adult learners seeking subject knowledge improvement or exam preparation
