About Stewart
I love to learn and teach. I have enjoyed pursuing my Medicinal Chemistry master's degree at the University of Leeds, achieving the highest score within my cohort. This has also earned me the Salter's Graudate Award, putting me amongst the top 5 graduating Chemists of 2021. During my degree, I also spent a year developing medicine at GSK. I have mentored and taught students from my A level studies as Chemistry Captain, through University as a 'Peer-Assisted Learning Mentor'. I was the organiser of the university's TEDx team during my second year and have also enjoyed exploring Hong Kong on a summer study abroad scholarship. In my spare time, I like to play football, hike and cycle; recently having built a bike!

During each tutorial:
The initial 1/3 of the time will be spent overlaying and learning the topic and then the remaining 2/3 of the time going through problem sets to confirm concrete understanding. These topics usually tackle my students' weaknesses in order to prepare them for the exam.
Typical lesson lengths are 1-2 hours.
I have a first-class degree in Medicinal Chemistry and 5 years of tutoring experience.
My lessons are for University, A level and GCSE level students.
