About Kate
I don't want to be like other teachers who only teach you how to say "Hello, how are you?" throughout your entire practice time. I want to teach you how to construct simple sentences, and how to read not only with perfect pronunciation but also with a true understanding of the subject matter. Here is a little trick: nowadays, when people ask you to read, they often tell you to pronounce the words letter by letter. However, the first essential step—the absolute priority in Spanish—is mastering the vowels. In Spanish, almost every word consists of a consonant followed by a vowel; the vowel is the foundation of everything. It is just as fundamentally important as the verb "to be" is in English.
