About Martina
Despite my young age, I had the opportunity to work with tuition both during the summer and at the university.
In fact, I have often taken part in funded university associations that involved aid actions for younger students, the so-called PEERs.
Also in Italy I worked a lot during the summers, especially with high school students and students in the case of debt recovery or simple summer repetitions before returning to school.
I often try to create a good relationship of trust with the student, also because we are usually almost the same age. I am aware that doing repetitions and interfacing with different objectives is also a way to grow in the teaching experience and try to always improve in academic but also personal terms.

The lesson tries to be a good compromise of functional learning and flexibility.
In terms of teaching, an approach that I tend to use extensively, and which I have found to be the most valid in many respects, involves a very specific study plan , to be modeled according to the student's objectives and timing. Specifically, the first lessons (1 or 2) are structured in such a way as to understand the knowledge and skills already developed by the child in order to broaden their background or, if necessary, make it more solid.
Once understood this first, short part of personal knowledge and having fixed some objectives, we move on the actual contents.
In terms of contents, I tend to start from schematic visions of the topic, and then move into detail. I believe it is necessary, especially in high school repetitions, that a clear vision of the basic concepts is very important to then develop an overall one.
I also believe that my young age allows me not to be too rigid but to leave any type of student to the student. of didactic freedom, also with the utmost respect for the objectives we set ourselves together.
