About David
I am a university student in his first year for a Bachelor's in Science of Neuroscience, so as part of my high school pre-requisites which I took for my course, I took all sciences (physics, chemistry, biology; the latter two of which I took partial or full IB program).
Furthermore, I have been studying Japanese for 4 years. I have been part of speech competitions, and have been to Japan. I am currently minoring in Japanese as part of my university program.
I am incredibly passionate about my studies and will work to ensure that I teach a concept properly and thoroughly; I have some experience in tutoring others, particularly in Japanese and chemistry.

My lessons are primarily for high school students, but am willing to teach elementary.
I can teach students most high school-level courses, but choose to focus more on biology, chemistry, as well as Japanese; I can also teach any elementary-level concept (eg. long division).
As part of my typical lesson plan, I will teach a concept, and then aid the student in the application of the concept, at the end of the session. During the session, I will provide some of my practice questions but will encourage and rely on students to provide at least 2 pages of their practice, to ensure I can teach applications of a concept.
I require that ahead of time to the date, by at least 2 days, of the tutoring session, any material/concept are given to me, and I am told the core concepts which you may want to cover.

If you would like to save, I gave the option to pre-pay for tutoring hours (10 dollar discount for 5 hours, 20 dollar discount for 10 hours).
I provide a free first lesson to anyone apprehensive about being tutored. I like to get a rundown of who I will be working with, what classes they need help with, and get to know my students. Please note that at least 1-2 pages of homework be provided to me to ascertain what we will be working on.
I do not charge extra for online tutoring sessions, as it is what I prefer.
