About Madison
As a University of Michigan graduate and science support coach, I know what’s on the minds of high school students today. My experience ranges from helping “just trying to pass” students to mentoring teens hoping for AP Bio or competitive college entry. I focus on building trust, comfort, and a real belief that biology is not only doable, but can actually be interesting (even fun!). I’m there for late homework nights, tough test prep, and the everyday “Wait, what?” that happens along the way.

Hi! I’m Madison. My biology tutoring is a safe, friendly zone for high schoolers just starting out, worried about keeping up, or aiming to boost their results for college. Rather than overwhelm you with heavy textbooks and topic-lists, I make biology a journey that fits you: every session is built on what you want (or need) to understand. We use creative stories, visuals, humor, and real-world examples—discovering how biology shows up in your life, from sports routines to your favorite foods. Lessons are interactive: you get plenty of time to ask, revisit, and practice without hurry or judgment.
Each session ends with a colorful summary, a fun confidence quiz, and a home “mini project” (like explaining science to your pet or family!). I track your progress over time, always highlighting your growth in both knowledge and grades—my students regularly see their marks rise and their classroom confidence jump. It’s about seeing both “aha!” moments and real results.
