About ENOCK

I am a graduate with a Bsc. Microbiology & Biotechnology. For the past two years I have trained and mentored students who have gone to represent the country in there various discipline from Athletics to Rugby. Before this I had worked with a university rugby team for 3 years.

I use a mentored approach when pushing athletes to there potential. Different athletes, especially children, have different motivators and stress that demotivates them. Ability to learn this from my students has made me be able to push students to there potential without breaking their will to perform better.
