About Sebastian
I´m familiar with most if not all components of fitness and health. I´ve coached in a sport performance gym in the States where I coached different leveled athletes and general population. Currently, I´m completing an internship in a local gym in Sydney. Ive coached both individuals and groups; dealt with young athletes and elderly individuals
