My Name is Neo Tema, i am 23 and i love helping people, i was once a victim of depression and anxiety, and i had no one to talk to, but eventually i defeated it. i was tried to commit suicide because i had a lot going on and no one was there for me. That's why i want to be there for other people and help them deal with depression and anxiety not forgetting suicide. I am the right person to come to.
